Community feedback
Give participants and local stakeholders opportunities to share experiences, concerns and suggestions.
↗Our approach to governance is centred on clear responsibilities, stewardship, learning and accountability to the communities, partners and supporters connected to our work.
Bridge For Change’s governance and management systems are intended to protect the mission, support responsible decision-making and ensure programmes are delivered with appropriate oversight.
Accountability is not limited to financial reporting. It also means listening to communities, monitoring programme progress, responding to feedback and being willing to learn when approaches need to change.
The original Bridge For Change approach places feedback systems, community monitoring and transparent reporting at the centre of accountability. We carry that principle across programme design and organisational learning.

↗Track implementation and progress so teams understand what is happening, not just what was planned.
↗Use evidence and experience to strengthen decisions and adapt when circumstances change.
↗Communicate progress and challenges in ways that are useful to partners, supporters and communities.
↗Prioritise dignity, safety and appropriate conduct in work involving children and vulnerable groups.
↗Clarify roles, expectations and accountability when programmes are delivered together with other organisations.
↗Our team connects programme leadership, operations, evidence, partnerships and resource mobilisation.
